These softwares are from my hobby programming. I hope some are useful for you. All of those are freeware and are GPL licensed means that you can use, modify and redistribute freely but original code's copy right belongs to me. The source codes of these softwares are included in the distribution so that you can modify them for your specific purpose. If you try to use my codes and don't know how, I know that's because I don't usually write understandable comments in my source, feel free to write e-mail. Bug report, suggestion, trouble report etc are also very appreciated.

[MUFU Servlet (MUltimedia File Uploading System)]
MUFU System (MUltimedia File Uploading System) is a handy file sharing server application that provides simple user interface, powerful database implementation, and secure file sharing features. MUFU System running on Java container, such as Tomcat+Apache, as a JSP/Servlet guarantees security and reliability on exposing your server to the internet. All the operation to handling multimedia(or any) files would be done through web browser this gives you flexible accessibility from all over the world. MUFU System is not only a file server, but also multimedia file database server. MUFU System indexes information about the registered files to the database and uses the information to respond user's request efficiently so you can reach to your target file instantly. MUFU System is a powerful solution to building multi media file database for your large number of, for example, mp3 files!

[Sankaku]
Sankaku is a software program that can create an unfolded tetrahedron image from a cylindrical projection image. Sankaku converts a two dimensional image into a picture with four sides, a tetrahedron. After you have created the tetrahedron, you can print it out and fold it creating a three dimensional version of any two dimensional picture! Sankaku is an ideal program for teachers, artists, and students alike. In fact, Sankaku is very fun to use that even young children will find it to be fascinating. Let's create a tetrahedron earthmap!

[Suzumusi]
Suzumusi is a command line program that plays multiple wave files in regulated or random interval and combination. The combinations can be defined in a script of text file format. This program loads the script file and plays sound through The Simple DirectMedia Layer (SDL) functionality. The SDL and the other SDL co-library (SDL_mixer ) are used in this program to maintain compatibility and platform independencies in the source code level. Currently Suzumusi officially supports linux and windows. However, if you have a Machintosh compiler, it should work because SDL and SDL_mixer also supports Machintosh, and Suzumusi source doesn't contain any platform dependent code.

[Aminoacid Flash Card for TI89/92]
This flash application may help you remember aminoacid structural formula. This application has a quiz mode and reference mode. In the quiz mode, your TI will ask you ten questions of 1-letter, 3-letter or full name of the aminoacid structural formula. You can choose which expression to be your answer before you start the quiz. In the reference mode, you can choose which aminoacid's formula you want to see, then your TI will show you the structure.
